Questions importers ask

Things real buyers want to know.

It depends on CBM or kilograms, destination, mode and whether you need DDP. Send commodity, ready date and city — we reply with a routing and a number, not a brochure range.
Yes — vessel / air waybill, plus warehouse photos before departure. You are not chasing a container number in a group chat.
Bank transfer is the default. We can also arrange Alipay, WeChat Pay and USD/EUR corridors through the Yiwu office. We send the account sheet on the quote.
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the destination extras (SABER, ACID, EORI, ISF…). If your Incoterm with the supplier is not clear we will quote EXW pickup from the factory.
On supported lanes, yes — that is the DDP offer. We will say no if the HS code or the country file is not something we can stand behind.
General merchandise from Yiwu and Guangzhou and China's factories. Restricted cargo (batteries, liquids, branded IP) needs a check before we book space.
